Registration and Fees

  • We prorate all fees
  • Guaranteed small class sizes, not excuses!
  • We are worth the 15 to 20 minute drive from most locations!

Registration:

The registration form is a 2 page document.  Please print all pages, complete the form, sign and initial before bringing the form to the Advanced office.

Registration Fees  Advanced will honor current memberships from any Treasure Valley Parks and Rec center and those of other gymnastics facilities.  Otherwise,  a non refundable registration fee of $15.00 is paid yearly.  Membership fee covers administrative costs and is due every September.  Currently there is no membership fee for preschool which includes Wiggle Worms.

 

Tuition and  Payment Schedule:

The recreational classes are  divided into sessions based on the Nampa public school schedule. Enrollment is ongoing for all classes during the school year. 

 

Discontinuing class? There are 2 ways to do this:  Inform the office with an email two weeks ahead of discontinuation, or forms of discontinuation are located on the front desk at the office.  Forms for notice of discontinuation are located on the front counter at the office.

Payments

           May be made by cash or personal check.  Returned checks will carry a $25.00 processing fee. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS.  Payment is due before the first class of the session or a late fee of $10 will be assessed.   These policies help us keep our class size limits for the advantage of all students.  Enrollment is available at any time during the year and session fees will be prorated for the remaining time.

Fees:  Fees are figured on a 10 week session not a month.   Sales tax included in the prices.

20% discount for second child enrolled in classes based on the time pricing above.
Wiggle Worms cost is $35 for 10 weeks with no discount offered with this program.
Homeschool class program will be resume with the fall schedule :  8/17/13   (Price will be available at office.)

POLICIES:

*Proper attire is required to participate in classes at the gym. Girls may wear a leotard or a one piece bathing suit for gymnastics or shorts (no zippers) and shirt  for tumbling, no jeans or short tops.  Boys may wear shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt.  No jewelry is to be worn, and hair must be tied back securely with a hair elastic.  For safety reasons, children who do not have the proper attire will not be allowed to participate that day.

*Make Up:  It is best for your child to attend her/his regularly scheduled class.  Accounts will not be adjusted or prorated for any classes missed as we have hired instructors to teach the class whether or not your child attends.  Make ups for illnesses can be scheduled through the office and based on class availability.  This is a courtesy offered and make ups should be completed within 4 weeks of the missed class.  Make ups do not carry over to the next session.
